These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AICAREERGPT, an AI-powered career guidance chatbot platform including its website, applications, tools, assessments, and related services (“Services”).

By accessing or using AICAREERGPT, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of AI Services

  • AICAREERGPT provides AI-based career guidance, personality assessments, simulations, and informational insights only.
  • All guidance and outputs are generated solely on the basis of:
    • Information and data provided by the user, and
    • The user’s responses to integrated personality assessment tests conducted on the platform.
  • The Services do not guarantee admissions, placements, career success, salaries, rankings, or outcomes.
  • The Services do not replace professional human counselors, psychologists, academic advisors, or certified experts.
  • All decisions taken based on the Services are solely the responsibility of the user.

2. Scientific Basis & Methodology of AI Outputs

  • AICAREERGPT utilizes scientific analytical frameworks, including personality assessment methodologies, along with multiple mathematical models, algorithmic logic, and complex computational processes, to generate AI-based career guidance outputs.
  • These methodologies are designed to enhance analytical accuracy and relevance; however, outputs remain indicative, probabilistic, and informational in nature, and not definitive or absolute.

3. Limitations of Artificial Intelligence

  • AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, generalized, or influenced by limitations in the data provided by the user.
  • The accuracy and usefulness of outputs depend significantly on the truthfulness, completeness, and quality of user inputs.
  • Users are advised to independently verify all information before acting upon it.

4. Eligibility

  • Minimum age to use the Services is 13 years.
  • Users below 18 years of age may use the Services only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, as required under applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or unethical purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate, scrape, extract, or misuse AI models or systems.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or content infringing third-party intellectual property or legal rights.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All AI models, algorithms, assessment frameworks, reports, branding, content, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of AICAREERGPT.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Certain features may be available under paid subscription plans.
  • Fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Service Delivery Policy

  • AICAREERGPT provides AI-powered career counselling and guidance services through online platforms. No physical products are shipped.
  • After successful payment, users will receive service access details or information through email or phone within 24–48 business hours.

9. Suspension & Termination

AICAREERGPT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services without prior notice if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Required by law or regulatory authority
  • The integrity or security of the platform is threatened

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, AICAREERGPT shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, academic, career, or financial losses
  • Decisions made based on AI-generated or assessment-based outputs

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts located at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • AICAREERGPT does not provide guarantees related to admissions, jobs, placements, income, or rankings.
  • AI-generated insights are personalized & informational only.
  • The Company is not responsible for decisions taken based on chatbot outputs.
  • The Services are not intended for mental health diagnosis or treatment.


PARENTAL CONSENT POLICY

  • Users below 18 years must obtain parental/legal guardian consent before using AICAREERGPT.
  • Parents/guardians consent to:
    • Collection and processing of the child’s data
    • Use of AI-driven assessments
  • Parents may request data access, correction, or deletion at any time.




REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once services are accessed.
  • Refunds may be issued only if:
    • Payment was deducted but service not activated
    • Technical error attributable to AICAREERGPT
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
  • Processing time: up to 2 working days.
